Premises
Susan Nicholas Bridal operates over two floors of a large unit which is entered via the forecourt in the main reception area.

Reception – here you will find the reception counter and computer system, behind which is an air conditioning unit. Off the reception is direct access to the toilets, kitchen area and to the ground floor bridal showroom.

The main showroom, which is separated into different sections, has hanging space for 50 plus wedding dresses, mother of the bride section, groom hire section, hat and head dress section. Within the main groom hire area are two changing areas and directly off this area is the seamstress area with sewing machine station and ironing area. Off the main showroom is the Brides area with soft seating for the bridal party, air conditioning and a changing area.

The first floor area, which is accessed by stairs directly off the main showroom, has racking and display area for a further 60 or more wedding dresses. Incorporated in this area is a space for wedding veils.

The premise is maintained in excellent condition throughout.

The premise is heated by gas to complement the air conditioning units/heaters in the reception and Bridal area.
Tenure
We are advised the business is being sold as a Leasehold opportunity.

Original lease length: 5 years from 2015.

Rent: £18,000 including VAT per annum.

The landlord is flexible with regards to renewal of the lease.

The business opening hours, which are by appointment are:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4.30pm

Sunday: Closed
