Situation

The land occupies an excellent position on the eastern edge of the delightful village of Parwich which, in turn, lies approximately 7 miles north of the market town of Ashbourne. It can be approached easily either off the A515 Ashbourne to Buxton road or the B5056 Fenny Bentley to Longcliffe road.

From Ashbourne take the A515 north and on reaching the Bentley Brook Inn fork right on to the B5056 in approximately 3 miles turn left sign posted Parwich and follow the road for approximately 1 mile, upon passing the sharp left hand bend Lots One and Two will lie on the right hand side, whilst Lot Three fronts the lane leading north towards Pikehall.

Contract Of Sale
