Due to retirement, we are looking to sell our well established, and very busy large convenience store based in Lancashire.

Situated in a huge residential area, this store is the nearest convenience store to a majority of this densely populated area and serves around 40 customers per day just from passing footfall. We operate from 9:00am - 9:00pm and there would be scope for a new owner to open earlier to attract school trade and stay open later if desired to increase income even further. Plenty of opportunities to expand the business by extending the business hours and extending the size of the property which doesn't need doing as it's one of largest stores in it's populated area.

The current local competition is minimal, the property/business can be transferred into anything such as a salon, take away, restaurant, cafe, social club and any sort of enterprise.

Currently we operate as a family, negating the need for any staff, it would be possible to run this business alone but would recommend one other member of staff or partner to ensure that opening hours are maximized where busy periods are not missed due to absence.
