Hazelwood is a delightful small village in Derbyshire about 11 miles east of Ashbourne on the A517 main road to Belper. The property is to be offered for sale by Informal Tender and all tenders must be made in writing using the specified tender form. All tenders must be received by 12 noon on Monday 18th November 2019.

Contracts will be issued 14 days after tender acceptance and the successful purchaser will be required to complete 28 days thereafter.
