Our clients have owned the property for around 15 years and operate the business themselves, opening Monday to Thursday (closed on Wednesday) 5pm to 9.30pm and Friday to Saturday 12pm to 11pm.

On Sunday opening 12pm to 9pm.

Sunday traditional roasts are very popular and attract much trade.

Operating as a freehouse generates 70% wet sales and the remaining is via food sales (this aspect could easily be increased).

Two part time staff are employed, if and when required.

Overall the owners have built up a good local customer base with a loyal following and is perfectly placed for a new owner to takeover and develop the pub and food offering.
