When we brought the maisonette, it was just ideal for what we needed as we wanted to live in Cranleigh and we had not seen anything that offered so much space.

Having a split-level property is just like living in a house and we have really enjoyed being able to sit outside on our decked area. We have a dog, so having direct access to the wonderful communal gardens is fantastic and the gardens are also great for a barbeque in the summer. Another bonus is that our garage is right opposite our front door and, if we need a few extra bits of pieces, there's a shop just around the corner.
