The Land

There is also a small poultry run.

The remainder of the field is bio-diverse hay meadow (approx. 70 plant species) with many improvements having been made to drainage over recent years. The hay is currently sold once a year but this would also make good grazing land. There is a wildlife pond and approx. 1/2 an acre of young hazel coppice and other native trees including; wild pear, apple and cherry in preparation for planting a mixed orchard.

An additional adjoining 3 acre field can be purchased by separate negotiation
