The M4 and M40 Motorways are within a 10 mile radius providing access to London, Heathrow Airport, the M25 interchange and the West Country.

The gardens are a particular feature of Ash Farm and extend to 0.846 acres, much of which has been planted by the current owners. The property stands back from the private road where to the front there is a sweeping in and out gravel driveway.
