Kimberley is a town in Nottinghamshire, England, lying 6 miles northwest of Nottingham along the A610. The town grew as a centre for coal mining, brewing and hosiery manufacturing. Adjacent to the brewery there is a conservation area of the historic railway cutting from the Great Northern Railway. If you are looking for a traditional cottage with well proportioned rooms and original features including feature exposed beams, log burning stove, flagstone flooring and exposed timber flooring, roll top bath and latched doors with a twist of modern convenience including a modern kitchen with oak work surfaces and integrated appliances look no further. A personal inspection is required to appreciate this quirky and well appointed property and the new owners will not be disappointed! Not forgetting that a professional damp proof course was conducted very recently in October, 2016.
