I noticed these flats for sale when they were brand new in 2004 and was very keen to buy one for my son to live in. I chose this one as it was very spacious and had a good light and airy feel about it. The location was perfect for my son, tucked away just off the town centre and close to shops, restaurants and the main bus station in Newport. It has been a great place for him and when we come over to the Island there is plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a good old get together with friends. Now that my son is moving over to the mainland to be with us, we have taken the decision to sell our lovely place but we wish the new owners many happy years here.
