In the Report presented to the Planning Committee dated 22nd September 2014 the site was recommended for Outline Consent with the erection of up to 65 dwellings with all matters reserved save for access subject only to ecological matters being addressed and the proposals considered to be acceptable. Most ecological matters have now been resolved.

The approved scheme requires only three affordable units to be provided by way of conversion of the existing lodge house.
