The main reason for buying here was because the house has a really sunny south facing rear garden which we’ve always wanted, but more importantly, it’s really quiet and the estate is a great place for children to play. We’ve enjoyed being here a lot as the neighbourhood is very friendly and its merely a 5 minute walk to the pretty village of Five Ash Down with its excellent pub & local shop.
