Situation
Old Farm Cottage is believed to be one of the oldest homes in the area. It is located just 0.6 miles from Walton-on-Thames mainline railway station with its fast connections to Waterloo (25 minutes). Although on a main road, the area remains relatively quiet especially at night due to bridge height restrictions it cannot be accessed by very large trucks. The property sits directly opposite a picturesque green with lovely trees. There are bus stops just 95 feet away servicing Kingston, Weybridge and Heathrow.
