We had looked at other brand new houses in and around the development and liked them, it wasn't until we walked into this house we knew immediately even without looking upstairs that we had to have it.

We spend loads of time downstairs and in the summer have the French doors opening out onto the landscaped garden, it is such a sun trap. We will definitely miss it as well as our lovely neighbours. We also have power outside which makes washing and hoovering the cars easy.
