We have been advised that the boiler was replaced about 18 months ago, so buyers can be assured that they can stay cosy and warm.

The property is well situated for that commute to work, Littlehaven Station is about a 15 minute walk away and has regular trains up to Gatwick and London at peak times, and for those of you that drive to work then Horsham northern bypass is just a short drive and connects you easily with the M23, Surrey and the South Coast.

What the Owner says:
This was only the second property that we had viewed, we knew straight away that this was the one. I worked locally so knew what a great area it was and of course the commute to work was easy. I also loved the position of the house, away from the road the green area is lovely to look upon, and when the children were little they loved to play out there safely with their friends. It more than compensated for a smaller garden, which was easy to look after but still had plenty of room for the trampoline!

We have never found a problem parking as we have room for two cars behind the garden and the garage, which like most people we use for storage.
