For viewing purposes follow the directions laid out overleaf, however a condition of the Planning Permission is that a new access is constructed from the lane giving access to Dyers Farm itself. This will follow along the Montgomeryshire Union Canal, across the fields and lead up eventually to the property itself. The purchaser will responsible for the cost of construction for this road. Alterations to the junction with the A483 Welshpool-Oswestry road, to comply with highway conditions in the planning permission, are also required but the cost of these works will be borne by the vendor.
