Property description

Purchasing this property with A lifetime lease

This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise’s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

For more information or a personalised quote, just give us a call. Alternatively, if you are under 60 or would like to purchase this property without a Home for Life Plan at its full market price of £320,000, please contact Ward & Partners.

Property description

The home you have been waiting for! Ready to move into but also primed for you to stamp your own mark on. Positioned moments from all the local amenities you will ever need and a short walk down to the seafront, this house offers much more than meets the eye.

Feel free to invite all your friends and family over to show off your new home, as there is plenty of parking at the front and more than ample space to socialise inside. The main living area combines cosy living with expansive space and flows fantastically with the lounge, dining room and conservatory all inter mingling, a real stand out area of the house. The fully fitted kitchen ticks all the boxes to create some culinary delights.

Upstairs and the four bedrooms make the sleeping arrangement all the easier to sort and the ensuite to master along with the family bathroom means the morning rush a breeze, not to mention the downstairs WC which is a handy addition in any family home.

Outside the segregated, part lawned garden offers space to dine with friends on the patio area and also ample room for children to play freely and safely. This garden is surprisingly spacious and really completes the picture for this ideal family home.

In summary, this house offers everything an established or growing family need and should be at the top of your list for viewing.

What the Owner says:
What attracted us most to this house was the fact that is has so much living space!
The large lounge and the huge conservatory mean that there is space for all the family to relax, and the fact that there are four double bedrooms also meant that there were no arguments over who was having which bedroom.
We also love the large garden which means there's plenty of space for the dogs to run around, but there's also the park at the end of the road to take them for a run.
The cul de sac means that there is no passing traffic so it's lovely and quiet, but still in easy reach of the town, the bus stop & the lovely old town.
