Permission is conditional on the removal of the adjoining two storey block extension. This to be replaced with an extension of natural grit stone construction with Staffordshire Blue roof tiles to ensure it remains indigenous with surrounding area.

Careful consideration has been given to the internal layout in order to make best use of the accommodation which is arranged over two floors.
