Property description

If you are looking for a starter home or alternatively an investment property to to rent out, then this property in Ashacre Lane may just be the one for you.

Walk in through the front door and immediately you will find a nice long corridor, meaning you don’t have to walk straight into your living space, so there is somewhere to slip off your shoes and hang up your coats and jackets. With additional under stairs storage, shelving and even space for a tumble dryer, already this property has the attributes of a great family home.

At the rear of the ground floor you will find a fantastic size, lounge diner, offering ample space for sofas and a dining table, this room is ideal for those who like to entertain. When the summer arrives, swing open the double doors and allow your gathering to overflow into the sunny aspect rear garden. The kitchen is of a high modern standard and with plenty of cupboard and work top space, so you have ample room to rustle up your signature dish.

All good family homes should have a ground floor cloakroom and this house does not disappoint on that front.

On the first floor you will find three well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with a corner bath, ideal for enjoying a long relaxing soak and the end of a hard days work.

For storage, make the most of the your very own garage. This house really does have it all. Call, and arrange your viewing today.

Owners opinion

I have owned this property for approximately 17 years. Recently, myself and my wife have welcomed our son and therefore we feel that although the house is plenty big enough, we are in a position to move. We really like the area here as it is so convenient, with local shops, open spaces and public houses so close by.

Over the years I have maintained the property and most recently replaced the kitchen, boiler and french doors..
