In here the kitchen has wooden style work surfaces with cupboards below and above and space for electric/gas cooker and a tall fridge freezer. Within the kitchen there is plenty of space for a table and chairs and there is a door into a large under stairs storage cupboard. Also leading from the kitchen is a small sun room which the current owners have adapted to be used a utility room, housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs the property has three good size bedrooms, one and two are good doubles and the third is a good size single. The biggest room has a wall of fitted wardrobes providing ample storage for many clothes. The family bathroom has recently been refurbished to a high standard and finished in a white suite consisting of bath with shower over, toilet and sink with modern white brick style tiles.

Outside the well enclosed rear garden has enough space for a good size table and chairs and has been laid with astro turf (fake grass) giving the garden a colourful look all year round.

Another large benefit of the property is the single garage located in a very close by private square with parking for one car in front.
