In our opinion this property has been refurbished so well its worthy of being featured in a magazine!

The pictures and video do the best job of describing this property, so we aren't going to try, but here are some things we'd like you to know

The property is located on the ground floor of purpose built block with only four flats in the building (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor).

This particular flat is the only one in the building with direct access on to the shared garden. The owners have informed us they use the garden as though its their own private garden as no one else in the building uses it.

Owner's garden comments:

"The door from the kitchen in the flat leads straight onto the garden which actually surrounds only this flat. Other residents in the building would have to walk out the communal entrance and round the back passage to use the garden. When we bought the property the back passage had been completely over grown and disused for years, so we took it upon ourselves to clear it and make the garden more welcoming and usable at the same time. Despite this no other residents in the building make use of the garden so we consider it our own private section of garden even though its not. We think the new owner is likely to enjoy the same experience of this garden as we have".
