I was looking for a good size two bedroom apartment, in a safe and quiet area and I was quite prepared to do some work if I had to. So Comptons Court was perfect for me. I had a friend already living in the block so I knew how quiet and peaceful it was tucked away in the cul-de-sac at the end of Comptons Lane and the good size rooms would give me all the space I needed. Sadly the property hadn't been looked after but that wasn’t a problem as I have refurbished a number of properties over the years. Now nearly 4 years on you wouldn’t recognise the place and I hope the new buyers love the new kitchen and bathroom as much as I do.
