Property description

Wow, what an amazing home this is. Situated just down the road from Fiveways you wouldn’t even know that this home exists. It feels like you are in the country and is so quiet you really do feel away from it all.

You access the property via a private path from Hollingbury Road or via a driveway from Hollingdean Terrace and when you approach the house you will see what a gem it really is.

The large lounge has a beautiful feel to it with a log burner as the central feature. Light flows in here throughout the day and you get a lovely view of the huge garden. There is plenty of room for all of your furniture here. The kitchen is beautiful and is a great size and the dining area opens up from the kitchen. There is a lovely large study with views of the garden and the fourth bedroom (currently being used as a TV room) is opposite. There is also a shower room next door to the bedroom.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and bedroom one opens out onto a gorgeous roof terrace with views over the rooftops of Brighton. The family bathroom is a really good size and has everything that you would need in it.

Downstairs there is a utility room which is the perfect place away from the home to dry your washing. The grounds that this house sits on really are impressive, a huge garden that feels like it goes on forever and with a garage and off street parking what more do you need.

What the Owner says:
When we moved here 14 years ago with a young family we knew we had found a very special home. There is a great feeling of space and being both detached and secluded it has been our little haven in the midst of Brighton and all it has to offer.

We have loved spending sunny days in the garden, playing table tennis on the patio and relaxing in the shade of the fruit trees. We are sad to be leaving but with our family grown we are ready for life's next adventure."
