You enter the utility room space to an area with a Belfast wall mounted sink with hot and cold tap and there is also quarry tile flooring with a panelled door providing access to a storage cupboard. A doorway in turn leads to the main utility area which has a work surface with provision and plumbing beneath for an automatic washing machine and space for a tumble dryer. There is space for further appliances (if required) and a panelled door in turn leads to a ground floor WC which has a WC, half height tiling to the walls, tiled flooring and an extractor.

As you ascend the stairs to the first floor you reach a landing which runs along the centre of the property and there is access to the roof space and a window to the front elevation. Panelled doors lead to all four bedrooms, the shower room and a storage cupboard.

The master bedroom suite has an l-shaped bedroom space where there is space for sleeping and dressing accommodation if required with glazed double French doors with side windows leading to a balcony to the front elevation which has a tiled floor. There is a further window which is part opaque glazed to the rear elevation. A panelled door leads to the en-suite shower room which has a curved corner bath with seat and spa bath. There is a double width walk-in shower cubicle with mains pressure shower, washbasin set to a vanity unit with storage cupboards beneath and pedestal washbasin. There is half height tiling to the walls which is full height to the shower enclosure, vinyl flooring, an extractor and an opaque window to the rear of the property.

Both bedrooms two and three are double bedrooms being to the rear elevation and bedroom four is a single bedroom with a window overlooking Park Avenue.

The shower room has a white suite with double width walk-in shower cubicle with mains pressure shower. There is a washbasin set to a vanity unit and WC with half height tiling to all other elevations, tile effect flooring and an opaque window to the front of the property.

Externally, the property sits in a good size plot and there are double gates providing access to a block paved driveway which provides ample off road parking for a number of vehicles and in turn provides access to the garage via an electric up and over door. The garage has both power and lighting and an outside tap, double doors in turn lead to a large workshop which has power and lighting and a pedestrian access door to the rear elevation with an internal window to a store which in turn has a further window to the rear elevation and provides additional storage. It is worth noting that the workshop and store provide the option to create further living accommodation subject to the usual planning consent if this should be required. To the rear of the property there is a paved patio area with shrubs set to borders to the rear of the lounge and this in turn leads to a block paved pathway to the rear of the workshop and store and in turn to the remainder of the garden which is predominantly lawned with a central pathway and a space to the rear of the garden for a shed with the rear garden enclosed by a combination of timber fencing with shrubs and trees set to borders.

In conclusion, it is worth noting the property comes with combination gas central heating and UPVC sealed unit double glazing throughout and with all these things in mind, given the popular village location and the size of the accommodation on offer, we would strongly recommend an internal inspection as it is only this way you can appreciate the proportions of the property.
