I have owned my home now for a number of years and in that time I have both lived in it and rented it out without any issues.

The reason for buying it in the first place was the convenient location and the lovely condition it was in when I moved in. There was nothing to be done so I could just sit back, relax and enjoy my new home.

It is time to move on, however I have to say this home has served me perfectly over the years I have owned it and it will be a shame to let it go.
