I have owned the property for 10 years and purchased it originally for three reasons - location, location, location! Not only that, being in central Broadstairs, having somewhere to park the car and outside space is so very hard to come by, and I just knew I had to have it.

I have really loved living here as it is so quiet and tucked away, and as these properties can't be rented out, there is a real sense of community amongst us here.

It's perfect if you have a dog as you have your own entrance to the park from within the complex.

I hope that someone else has as many happy memories as I will be taking from here.
