My parents purchased the house newly built, I was at school at the time and my brother and I had just started work. In all that time it proved to be a wonderful place to live with a park just a few metres away but far enough that you cannot hear any noise, the schools close enough to walk to and the buses running regularly into town.

The garden proved itself large enough to entertain the whole family but also easy to manage. I'm sure the next owners will be happy here as the last were!
