We bought this flat around 6 years ago mainly due to its fantastic location being in the lovely village of Westcott. There is a real community feel in the village and wonderful countryside at the end of the road yet you are still within a short distance of Dorking. We have put in a new kitchen and bathroom since we have been here along with replacing the boiler and flooring in the hallway. Our circumstances have now changed and we are looking to sell with no chain.
