Owners Comment
The flat has been a very good investment for us and very easy to let given the brilliant location. We are on the top floor amongst the canopy which gives a leafy outlook, it is very quiet here and there are no neighbours above to worry about. The neighbours are friendly and there is a good community spirit here. There is room for a bistro dining table and chairs in the kitchen and the garage is very handy. The location is excellent for a stroll to the triangle for a tasty meal out or drinks with friends.
