Investors and first time buyer opportunity!

Are you looking for the ideal investment property? Or is this a first time purchase and you are taking your first steps onto the property ladder? Then look no further! We have an impressive two bedroom flat to suit almost every need.

After a long days work you can retreat back to this welcoming home, lie back and relax and start winding down in the lounge area in front of the television. If entertaining is more your thing this is the perfect room to cater for everyone as it's the real heart of the home.

Get your best chef's hat out as this kitchen area is ideal for cooking up a storm, simple but stylish, perhaps throw your very own 'come dine with me' as this kitchen is definitely a 10 from us!

With both bedrooms being double there is enough space to store not only your summer wardrobe but winter too. The second bedroom is a blessing knowing you can put up any family or friends when they come to stay.

Is the daily commute to London a bit of a struggle? There's no need to worry, as the station is on hand for all those early mornings and late evenings with a direct line into the heart of London, whether it be Victoria or Waterloo.

Located in the heart of the coveted town of Dorking, lunch dates will no longer be an issue, with popular coffee shops, cafe's, restaurants and pubs a stone's throw away.

What the Owner says:
We have lived in this gorgeous, cosy flat 3 years and can honestly say it's a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect with its third floor views of Denbies Vineyard and St Martins Church.

It so peaceful here it's hard to believe Dorking High Street is only a stones throw away with its plentiful choice of shops, restaurants and many, many pubs!

We will be very sad to leave, but hope the new owner makes as many happy memories as we have!
