and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of base and
wall mounted units and comfortably accommodates breakfast
dining. To the rear of the house lies the pleasant sitting room
with wood burning stove and glazed door leading into the
walled garden. A dining room completes the ground floor. To the
first floor and off the balcony landing lies the drawing room. A
magnificent reception with fireplace and two windows to front
aspect. This floor further encompasses two double bedrooms
and full bathroom. Stairs rise to the second floor landing with
three double bedrooms, a box room and shower room with
WC. Access is granted into a roof void from the box room
offering scope for further accommodation (subject to the normal
