The house itself is bright, airy, roomy and very secluded. A large double bedroom ensures those used to a larger house do not feel hemmed in or claustrophobic. Similarly, the living room is a good length at circa 16ft, and the glazing and door to the end flood in light from the dedicated terrace behind that also backs onto trees. Next door, the kitchen is immaculate and amply stocked with a range of units and also modern utilities. The shower room features a vast, walk-in shower that is modern and also includes a fitted seat for ease of use. Storage is well provided for with both a wardrobe in the bedroom and a large, walk-in hall cupboard. While independent of the main house, number one is close enough that a tug of an emergency cord sees help just a moment away.
