Property description

History Meets The 21st Century

From a derelict, unloved site to a thriving new community, Royal Arsenal Riverside is a stunning development mixing converted Listed buildings dating back to the the 1800's with up to date modern architecture.

Royal Arsenal provides easy access to all the Capital city has to offer via it's enviable commuter links, with Canary Wharf 19 minutes away on the DLR, the O2 accessable in 8 minutes by Thames Clipper and London Bridge can be reached in 23 minutes by South East Trains. All this means you are spoilt for choice when it comes to access to culture, cuisine and shopping!

Royal Arsenal will be home to a Crossrail station with trains due to run in late 2018 and this will cut the above journey times by 50% - Imagine arriving at Heathrow in 47 minutes, a relaxed start to any holiday or business trip.

The Property

A superb modern apartment with a 'luxury' modern feel from the moment you enter the carpeted communal entrance lobby with its 'cannon' motif.

From here you have access to the central communal garden with water feature and the lift to all floors including the basement where the secure bike storage canbe found.

A short lift ride takes you to the 4th floor or take the stairs for the more energetic!

Once inside the property the hallway of the flat has 'Karndean' flooring which is a good hard wearing floor and easy to clean, which continues through to the living room and kitchen area.

The living room has ample space for sofas and a small dining table as well as bookcases and or TV units. A sliding glazed door gives you access to the east facing balcony enjoying views down Major Draper Street and across the roof tops towards where the new Crossrail Station will be.

To the rear of the living room is the modern kitchen with high gloss fronted units. The built in appliances include ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The master bedroom is a good size and has built in wardrobes which create a dressing area just before you enter the ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also a double with a large window allowing plenty of natural light.

Both the ensuite bathroom and the separate shower room, just off the hall, have tiled floors and walls with built in vanity cupboards with mirrored fronts. They have a luxury feel which is similar to that found in a high end London hotel, but is just yours to enjoy!

The property is well presented throughout.
