What the Owner says:
We knew this area and it is where we wanted to live but we particularly liked the position of this house as it was tucked away down a walkway which meant that it would be nice and quiet. It also had good parking as well as the garage is situated directly behind the house.

The house was in a basic good order with up to date wiring and windows but since moving in we have installed gas central heating and fitted a new kitchen and bathroom.

This home would suit either a first time buyer or, perhaps, an older couple downsizing. All of the room sizes are generous and there is a dining area that is just great for entertaining as well as a good sized and private garden which is ideal for summer barbecues.
