I have lived here for over 30 years. The location is fantastic and there is very little work to do. Being on the top floor you don't have any noise. The views are great over the gardens and being so close to the sea is a real bonus.

I will be sorry to leave but due to ill health, I now need to move nearer to my daughter.

I hope the next owner's will be as happy as i have been living here.
