Owners opinion

We moved to Worthing from the Brighton area. We found that this area offered us so much more value for money and enabled us to buy a house rather than a flat. What's great is that living so close to the station, we can still travel over to meet up with friends in no time.

One of the features that attracted us the most was the rear garden, not only is it a sun trap but is also so much larger than the other properties we looked at.

We will e looking to remain in this area, we hope the new owners enjoy this property as much as we have.
