There is no better place to sit in the evening sun, after a long day, than on our balcony - with the uninterrupted and far reaching views of the gardens, paddocks and countryside beyond. The peace and quiet is just pure bliss, apart from the odd song bird!

The gardens and paddock have been the perfect place for the grandchildren to come and play, not to mention letting the dogs run free - they have all had endless adventures down there.

We are extremely lucky with our location - to feel so rural with the rear outlook, yet to be so conveniently located to Rookley's village shop and of course the Country Park, with its bar and restaurant open to the public, not to mention the option to use the swimming pool, children's play facilities and with the relevant permission; the fishing lake of course.

This has been a truly amazing family home and we shall miss living here, but the time has come for us to move to something a little smaller.
