Property description

Whether you want to be near picturesque countryside or a lovely beach and seafront you won't have to worry because this fabulous 3 bedroom semi will give you the best of both. Just off the town centre in a desirable close is where you will find the house so you can take a stroll to the shops and beach and leave the car behind. There is a range of shops, pubs and takeaway's in the high street and a Tesco Express around the corner which is handy for those everyday essentials. Hythe, Folkestone and New Romney are accessible along the A259 with a bus service to get you there. The fast rail link to St Pancras is at Ashford and a junction with the M20 can be found at Hythe.

The 16'1" kitchen/diner is a great place to cook and entertain before perhaps relaxing in the lounge to chill out in front of the TV or gaze out and admire the garden. A handy downstairs cloakroom is convenient for old and young alike. Double glazing and central heating will keep you nice and snug all year round and a garage and driveway means you can keep your cars safely off road.

With no onward chain to hold you up, why not contact us for further details and viewing arrangements.

What the Owner says:
I've lived here really happily for around 35 years and particularly like the large garden which is a feature of the house and perfect for family or if you just like gardening and pottering about in flower beds. We bought an extra section of garden a few years back to make it even more flexible. It's getting a bit much to manage now so it's time to move on but I know whoever buys will love it here. It's such a good community.
