Brighton town centre can be easily accessed by either bus or car within minutes, giving the best of both worlds!

The bungalow benefits from a large plot with your own private drive and garage, providing great storage or even potential to convert subject to planning permission. A useful front porch coupled with a further entrance porch have been created, to provide handy space for coats and shoes. Inside the bungalow offers superb space throughout, with the incredibly spacious lounge area filled with wonderful light and giving lovely views of the garden with the downs and sea in the distance.

The Kitchen is light and spacious and is considered the heart of this home, the ideal setting for friends and family to gather. Leading out to the garden, which benefits from beautiful sun throughout the day. The bedrooms are all brilliant size doubles, with the vast master potentially having room to accommodate an en-suite subject to planning permission. Overall this home is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a great family home with potential and that can be enjoyed for years to come.

What the Owner says:
Having been in our home since we built it over 40 years ago, I can certainly say that my family and I have been very happy here all these years.

The location is ideal, with everything you could need within walking distance, yet the road is ever so quiet.

I shall miss my home, however the time has come to move on and be closer to my family.

I know that whoever the new owners are, they will have a home and wonderful views to enjoy for many years to come just as I have.
