Having been in our home since we built it over 40 years ago, I can certainly say that my family and I have been very happy here all these years.

The location is ideal, with everything you could need within walking distance, yet the road is ever so quiet.

I shall miss my home, however the time has come to move on and be closer to my family.

I know that whoever the new owners are, they will have a home and wonderful views to enjoy for many years to come just as I have.
