Having lived in this bungalow for many years, we can say that Barkingside is a lovely area. There is a good selection of local amenities within walking distance (banks, post office, pharmacies and a variety of shops) and a large Tesco and Sainsbury's close by. Also within walking distance there is a swimming pool and leisure centre, a library and a local park with a play area for younger children.
The desire to be closer to family has led to the decision to move, but we have been very happy in this spacious and comfortable bungalow. The local schools are some of the best in the area; Mossford Green Primary School, Ilford County High Grammar School and Caterham High School are just a short walk away.
