About This Home

Sibsey Street is a classical two bed period home. Being on the end it has a feel of a semi detached home. After all, you only have one neighbour and as the floor plan shows, your hallway separates you both, great if you want to play the piano without upsetting anyone! The kitchen is fitted with white shaker style units complemented by wood effect work surfaces. The cottage styling suits the character of the home. A double oven and four ring hob is built in. The boiler is also located in the kitchen.

The First Floor

To the first floor there are two bedrooms, a spacious master bedroom which spans the front of the room and the second bedroom to the rear which has the views towards the city. Both of the bedrooms have soft neutral decor and feature stained wooden original flooring.

The bathroom is fitted with a three-piece suite in white. It is tiled to complement. There is a shower over the bath.

The Attic Room

The attic is accessed via a fixed staircase from the first floor landing area. It's light and bright with it's large velux window. The attic also has a television point and power.
