Property description

Constructed by its present owners, this stunning detached home truly is a rare find. Located in arguably the most sought after road in all of Woodingdean, this wonderful home oozes beautiful charm and character.

With a grand facade, owning a home like this is really owning a piece of history, as it has never been on the market during its lifetime, spanning almost seventy years since its construction.

The spacious lounge and dining areas are flooded with light form windows all around, with the front offering glimpses of the sea in the distance.

With a choice of three good size bedrooms, this is an ideal property for growing families. From upstairs you can enjoy stunning views out towards the English Channel. A lovely manicured garden at the front and the rear garden is a sight to behold, incredibly private and offering plenty of space.

The location of the property is ideal with a great park nearby for those of you with children or dogs to walk.

So if owning a home like this is something you've always dreamed of, call now to arrange that all important viewing.

What the Owner says:
This wonderful home has been in our family ever since it was built 67 years ago.

We couldn't have had a better home to enjoy spending our lives in. We have enjoyed many long summer days in our beautiful garden, which felt like our bit of countryside. But the local bus service into Brighton is close by and you can be into town within twenty minutes with all its hustle and bustle.

Sadly after all these years the time has come to say goodbye to our home and let a new family write the next chapter in this charming family home.
