Property description

It can be a struggle these days to find a family home in Brighton that is large enough to accommodate your growing brood. Step a little out of town and all that changes.

This superb family home is in great condition, just ready to move into! All you have to do is unpack, arrange the furniture and pop the kettle on!

The bright and welcoming lounge is enhanced by a large window offering a great amount of light to brighten your return from work. The kitchen/diner is ready to host any family or celebratory meal while the separate dining room makes for a more formal setting if the occasion demands.

Three double bedrooms will make arguments as to who sleeps where a thing of the past, each of them are bright and fresh so you will have plenty of room to spread out up here.

Outside is a lovely secluded garden which the whole family will enjoy. Summer barbecues will be popular in this household too! At the front you will find parking bays so you should always find a place to park!

So if you’re thinking of upsizing, this is a perfect opportunity to set down your roots and turn this into your forever home!

What the Owner says:
We have been here for a few years now and thoroughly enjoyed our time living here, the location is great for central Brighton and the seafront and unlike most of the town we can get a space to park the car outside of the house most days. We wouldn’t be moving except our jobs have taken us in a new direction. We really hope that the new owners will love this home as much as we have.
