When I first set eyes on my home it was love at first sight, after a lengthy search I had finally found my first home.

I was struck by its position, being so close to the sea, yet in a quiet street, it was by far the most spacious flat that I found, with loads of character too.

The bathroom with its beautiful tiled ceiling is a great asset and in the summer you also have your own patio garden in a sheltered, yet sunny position.

As lower ground floor flats go, it is light and airy whilst being spacious and snug. In the latter years of my ownership I have let the flat out, it has been so popular and snapped up within a day.
