Property description

Whether looking for your first home, adding to your rental portfolio or seeking a seaside 'pied de Terre', you will be suitably impressed and quite taken with this charming patio garden flat.

Located in the heart of Hove, yet tucked away in a quiet location, you have the best of both worlds, moments from all the action, yet when you close your front door you could be a million miles away.

Literally on your doorstep you have the trendy Western Road with an array of local and High Street shops, endless takeaways, fabulous restaurants and some of the trendiest bars the city has to offer.

The flat itself is completely on trend for today's lifestyle, the open plan living arrangement is perfect for entertaining and with a second internal room you have the option of a home office, a guest room or perhaps a more formal dining area.

Rarely do you find such a home with character, such flexible accommodation and outside space in such a competitive price!

What the Owner says:
When I first set eyes on my home it was love at first sight, after a lengthy search I had finally found my first home.

I was struck by its position, being so close to the sea, yet in a quiet street, it was by far the most spacious flat that I found, with loads of character too.

The bathroom with its beautiful tiled ceiling is a great asset and in the summer you also have your own patio garden in a sheltered, yet sunny position.

As lower ground floor flats go, it is light and airy whilst being spacious and snug. In the latter years of my ownership I have let the flat out, it has been so popular and snapped up within a day.
