The best feature is its superb landscaped private garden with lawn and numerous plants, trees and shrubs, a great place for a garden lover and for children to play.

There is always plenty of on road parking outside and a sense of community spirit from all the neighbourhood. A great place to live.

What the Owner says:
This has been a wonderful place to live, it's light and airy with space around, especially the school playing fields next door.

The property is very solidly built and warm with very low running costs. In 2017 we replaced the soffits, fascia and guttering. It is very spacious for a maisonette and can easily accommodate our small family.

We have enjoyed many family gathering and barbecues in the large private garden, which is bigger than some gardens found in detached houses, this is our little 'oasis'.
