Property description

Flats that offer you everything are few and far between - but keep on reading, as this is the exception to the rule.

Period, charm and warmth combined with space and light, to provide a home that you will look forward to returning to every day.

The lounge area is a fantastic room with large bay windows, which gets the sun all day, and you will have the perfect warm welcome when you return after a hard day at work. The kitchen area offers plenty of storage for all your necessities, and also has a large window, which lets the light flood in.

The bedroom is a great double and again has a large bay window, with plenty of space.

Now for the real bonus your own private and secluded sunny rear garden, which is of a great size, and faces the right way.

Parking won't be a problem as there is unallocated off road parking. Being Freehold you will have very low outgoings.

Book your viewing today, this is one not to miss out on!

What the Owner says:
I bought this property when it needed lots of updating to bring it up to the beautiful home it is today. The location is set back from the Goring Road and very attractive as you arrive through the entrance.

Having your own private sunny rear garden is a real bonus, as you are totally secluded from the main house. There are very few flats around Worthing that are set in such a great position, so I knew I just had to buy it.

The next owner's will not have to worry about doing anything, but just enjoy living here.

It is now time for me to move on, after living here for over 10 years.
