Property description

A beautiful three bedroom conversion set in a fabulous location and in stunning decorative order. You will be able to get from A to B easily, whether that be by the fantastic public transport links or getting yourself there on foot. A wide selection of local shops and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away, so the convenience factor is second to none.

Nestled in the heart of the bustling Seven Dials, and particularly valued by local residents for the catchment areas of Brighton & Hove's best schools and proximity to the mainline train station, this wonderful flat needs to be seen to be believed. Spread over the first, second and third floors of an imposing period building you will find style & character in abundance. Whether it's your first steps through the Victorian archway, or winding down in the open plan lounge area looking out the bay window, you will be engrossed in elegance. The current owner has spared no expense in the restoration of the apartment with a brand new fitted kitchen with new appliances, a new contemporary bathroom and a brand new boiler.

With two ample doubles and a large bedroom one, taking up the entire top floor, you will be spoilt with space. Simply put, this is an incredible home which will be in high demand, do not delay and book your viewing today before this is snapped up.

What the Owner says:
After growing up in London I finally decided to escape to the seaside in 2008 and after an extensive search I fell in love with my apartment the moment I walked in. The space is incredible, teamed with high ceilings and plenty of original features it will be hard to replace.

I chose the Seven Dials as a location, mainly for easy access to the station as I commute for work, but I soon realised the area has so many other things to offer. Great pubs, cafés, deli's and restaurants and for those with kids one of the best schools in the area at the end of the road. I've really loved living here and I hope the lucky new owner has as many good years here as I have!
