We were instantly attracted to Holborough Lakes, we loved the location and all the amenities on site. To have a gym, creche, fantastic walks and a Marks & Spencer food shop, on site were just ideal.

As we were looking for a rental property we also felt the location itself was perfect. Excellent links to London and great access to the M2 and M20.

With the apartment being ground floor with a balcony we also loved that it could suit anyone. With no stairs and a bit of outside space it ticked all our boxes.
