Take the A62 Manchester Road out of Huddersfield, at the junction in Milnsbridge / Cowlersley turn left onto Cowlersley Lane and head up the hill into Linthwaite. Turn left just after the Church on Church Lane. The property will be found on the right hand side up a driveway at the side of 16 Church Lane.

Should you be successful in purchasing the property at auction you will be required to sign the contract and pay a deposit of 10% of the sale price, this can be paid by Cheque or Bankers Draft to the solicitor dealing with the sale. The remaining monies must then be paid in order to complete the sale within 28 days.
