I'm fortunate someone built me in this stunning Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by some of the most magnificent landscape in the country. After a walk or a cycle and taking in some of that scenery you could relax in my private sun trap of a garden, perhaps a barbecue, or a glass of wine in my garden room.

My favourite thing is for my family to have friends around for dinner, i've plenty of room for them all. I love to hear them chatting and laughing in the lounge afterwards when my log burner's keeping them all warm and cosy. With five bedrooms there is even room for them to stay over, having said that you'll want to keep my stunning master bedroom suite to yourself.

I've got two primary schools within a few miles of me. There's a choice of Secondary schools with busses going through to most of the Harrogate Schools although you could also use Pateley Bridge. There is also an hourly bus service into Harrogate most days and the bus stop is just a few yards away.

Harrogate is about 20 minutes away by car as is Otley. Skipton and Ilkley about half an hour and Leeds/Bradford airport about 40 minutes. Harrogate, one of the happiest places in the UK to live has a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes as well as two cinemas, a theatre and a great range of shops. Pateley Bridge about 15 minutes away won Village high street of the year and has a fantastic community spirit, a good range of shops including two award winning butchers. Nidderdale Leisure Centre has some fantastic views from the tread mills and swimming pool.
